The HumanKIND Podcast

Keep me updated on the launch!

  The podcast is launching  21st of April 2025!

We are excited to announce the creation of a new initiative:  The HumanKIND Podcast!

With this podcast we wish to initiate conversations and invite our listeners  to be co-writers of new empowering stories for HUMANKIND;

How can we create inclusive, empowered and resilient communities, and what perspectives, practices and processes will take us, as individuals and also collectively,  towards -  rather than away from, a felt sense of intrinsic belonging, empowered participation and transformation - caring for the whole?

The podcast is initiated as an outreach activity for our Erasmus+ Training:  HumanKind - Stories of Belonging, Participation and Transformation,  a 7 days training for Youth workers happening outside Oslo in Norway, 9 -17 June.

For the impact of our practices and the meaningful conversations stemming from this training to reach a larger audience, we are launching this monthly podcast series in April 2025  leading up to the HUMANKIND training in June. Following the training, we will continue with monthly episodes until December 2025 and possibly beyond.

The podcast, with the HUMANKIND Training as a focal point,  will serve as an innovative platform for sharing insights, experiences, and practices that inspire social change, particularly in the field of youth work. Our overarching goal is to create an ongoing laboratory where we can explore and disseminate practices that foster cultures of intrinsic belonging, embodied participation, and wholesome transformation.

Our long-term vision extends into 2026 and beyond, aiming to develop the podcast as a living laboratory—a vibrant platform for ongoing exploration of whole-system health and the practical application of awareness-based practices that support the creation of thriving, wholesome communities and the application of awarenessbased practices for deep rooted wholesome transformation.

HumanKind - Stories of belonging, participation and transformation

The podcast is initiated as an outreach activity for our Erasmus+ Training HumanKind - Stories of Belonging, Participation and Transformation,  a 7 days training for Youth workers  happening outside Oslo 9 -17 June.

The ERASMIUS+ TRAINING Humankind proposes practices that facilitate a return to the felt sense and a deepening connection with our participation in life. By engaging in deep listening, group work processes, embodied experiences and artistic expression, youth workers and young people can rediscover their inner landscapes, creative contribution and intrinsic belonging.

With the training our aim is to empower youth workers with a diverse set of skills, fostering authentic participation, self-expression, and creative, collaborative learning experiences. Our intention is to contribute to their personal and professional growth, enabling them to better support and guide the youth they work with, promoting community engagement and transformation.

About Momoakademiet

Momoakademiet is a new organization in the field of personal and collective transformation through awareness-based practices such as deep listening, inquiry, somatic movement, creativity, and conscious communication.The association has a studio outside Oslo, at Nesodden Kunst og Kulturnæringspark, which is a working environment for creative/artistic entrepreneurs, Our studio is called HOS MOMO, and has existed for one year now, becoming an important meeting place for personal growth and collective transformation in Nesodden.

We find it very important to take the practices of personal growth out of the “alternative” and into the public conversation about how we can co-create the world that we wish to be a part of. We see a huge need for a school of change based on inner connection and have a vision to train young people, youth workers/community builders/agents of change to facilitate processes of embodied transformation through deep listening, somatic awareness, and creativity.

With the podcast we aspire to be an agent of innovation, research, and continuous learning, sharing stories about how humanity is creating new pathways for wholesome living and sustainable action. We want to be an agent of local and global community building, and be part of the global movement of people, small groups, and organizations working for awareness-based change.
